This qualification pathway is designed for people developing capability in aged services across home, community and residential care environments. Learners build awareness of individualised service planning, quality service delivery and working within organisational guidelines.
Supports learning connected to aged care services delivered in people’s homes and local communities, including routines, independence, family involvement and changing support needs.
